No. Only the school owner and authorized users, by their roles, can create or modify data. EDUPam never manipulates your data and does not access it outside of technical support you explicitly request. Your data is encrypted and isolated per institution.

Your data belongs to you. Your school keeps access to the platform and its existing data in read-only: you can still view and print it. Students can no longer log in, and adding or modifying data as well as active features are disabled. So you never lose the history already recorded.

Yes. Every document generated by EDUPam (report cards, records, honor rolls, receipts…) carries a unique code. A simple scan instantly confirms it is authentic and unaltered — effective protection against fake documents.

Yes, thanks to EDUGlobal. When an EDUPam document is scanned from a country other than Haiti, its information is automatically translated into the local language, and the AI compares the grades and levels to the destination country's education system. A university, an employer or an immigration office thus instantly understands the record. These equivalences are provided for guidance and do not constitute an official evaluation.

The essentials of EDUPam are available for free. Some advanced features (calls, AI, media, virtual classes) are part of a paid plan, but you're never required to upgrade to run your school day to day.
