Terms of use

By accessing or using EDUPam, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

EDUPam is a school management platform (enrollment, attendance, grades, report cards, fees, communication, virtual classroom, etc.) available on web, Android, iOS, Windows and Linux.

We may evolve, improve or change features at any time.

Each user (administration, teacher, student, parent) receives personal access according to their role. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activity on your account.

The school is responsible for managing its members' accounts.

Acquiring a license gives the school the right to use EDUPam according to the chosen plan. The license is specific to the school and non-transferable.

All EDUPam features are included in every plan; plans differ only by the hardware provided.

The license acquisition fee is payable once and becomes non-refundable after the license is activated.

The sponsored (reduced) rate is strictly reserved for national public schools. Any school registering as a public school is verified against the MENFP database.

In case of false declaration — for example a private school registered as a public school — the license is immediately revoked, with no refund, and legal action may be taken.

The per-student fee is billed separately, based on the actual declared enrollment, and is payable before the start of the academic year. It is not included in the license payment.

EDUPam reserves the right to verify the actual enrollment; any discrepancy leads to a fee adjustment.

The hardware provided (tablet or computer, depending on the plan) is delivered configured. The manufacturer's warranty applies. One device is included per license.

Payments are processed securely. In case of non-payment of the annual per-student fees, access to the platform may be suspended until the situation is resolved.

You agree to use EDUPam lawfully, not to attempt to access data not intended for you, and not to disrupt the service.

Any abuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

School data remains the property of the school. EDUPam uses it only to provide the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Only the school owner and authorized users, according to the roles defined by the school, can create or modify data.

EDUPam never modifies a school's data and does not access it, except within technical support the school explicitly requests. Data is encrypted and isolated per institution.

Your data belongs to you, even if you decide to leave EDUPam. In that case, the school keeps access to the platform and all its existing data in read-only: you can continue to view and print all already-recorded data.

However, students can no longer log in, and adding or modifying data as well as active features (communication, virtual classroom, etc.) are disabled. So you never lose the history already entered.

We strive to ensure high service availability. Training and support are included in all plans.

The service may be interrupted occasionally for maintenance.

EDUPam is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amounts paid for the service.

Pricing and these terms may change. Already-licensed schools keep the acquisition price paid at registration.
